The Saudi Aramco Difference
Our employees tend to stay with us for many years. Our highly competitive compensation and benefits packages are just part of the reason so many of our employees stay with us for so long.
We provide a fantastic lifestyle too, going beyond the basics to take care of our expatriate workforce.
Within our self-contained communities are dining areas and supermarkets. Our first-class leisure facilities include gyms, swimming pools, running tracks, tennis courts, stables and golf courses. You can also enjoy the benefit of the many clubs and societies, ranging from photography to language classes, to theatre, art and travel groups.
We have excellent schools in all of our company communities, all of which offer a high quality education in a safe and nurturing environment for students from pre-kindergarten through 9th grades (approx. 15 years of age).
The Saudi Aramco school curriculum is based on the American system, with an international flair provided by a student body composed of 60 different nationalities and the opportunity for enriching international field trips.
Alternatively, if your child is not being schooled in the American system, we offer an educational allowance per child to attend international schools either locally or abroad.
Beyond 9th grade, the company reimburses employees for a significant amount of the costs associated with enrolling their eligible dependents in private boarding schools in Saudi Arabia or anywhere in the world for the remainder of their high school years.
The Education Assistance Program (EAP) covers the cost of school tuition, room and board if applicable, airfare for travel for a specified number of trips between the school and Saudi Arabia, as well as other costs. College students receive an airfare allowance.
Housing rent is minimal, and electricity, water and maintenance are included.
