This program helps participants obtain the required skills to fulfill operational, maintenance, administrative and clerical jobs.
The Vocational College Graduates Non-Employee Program (VCGNEP) is designed for: Technical, industrial, telecommunication, community college and institutes of public administration graduates.
The VCGNE program is open to male and female applicants.
Housing and transportations will not be provided for female.
The online application will start at 8:00 AM on Saturday May 25, 2013 and will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday June 2, 2013.

Diploma graduates (from technical, industrial, public administration, community colleges and Jubail Technical Institute) must:
Students from Jubail & Yanbu College who are expected to be graduated by end of current semester can apply with their previous semester grades. Then, students will be asked to submit their final transcript later on.
