EXPEC ARC researchers are a dynamic and diverse group of professionals, with many different nationalities bringing with them a range of complementary skills.
While most researchers are from North America and Saudi Arabia, over 20 different countries from around the world are represented. Most researchers have advanced degrees from a broad spectrum of disciplines including Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Mathematics, Computer Science, and other science and engineering disciplines, with over two-thirds holding MSc or Ph.D. degrees.
Researchers are supported in attaining their goals both personally and professionally and have significant input into the direction of research which emphasizes industry focus and academic recognition.
To turn their ideas into technological applications, scientists conduct research in-house as well as take initiative in leading workshops internationally and creating strong partnerships with leading organizations.
Achievements by EXPEC ARC researchers are regularly awarded by the international community through organizations such as the Society of Petroleum Engineers, World Oil Awards, Society of Exploration Geophysicists, and many more.
