Saudi Aramco is owned by the Saudi Arabian Government. We report to the Supreme Council for Petroleum and Minerals Affairs, chaired by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King 'Abd Allah ibn 'Abd al-'Aziz Al Sa'ud.

Khalid A. Al-Falih

A veteran of Saudi Aramco for his entire career, which spans three decades, Al-Falih has served in key leadership positions across the organization and has driven continued expansion of the company’s business portfolio into new areas of operations.

Al-Buainain joined the company in 1980 after graduating from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Dhahran with a B.S. degree in applied mechanical engineering.

David B. Kultgen

David B. Kultgen was appointed general counsel and corporate secretary effective Jan. 1, 2010. Kultgen graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Missouri at Columbia in 1970, and obtained his juris doctor degree in 1973 from the School of Law of the University of Texas at Austin.
