Contractor registration

Saudi Aramco has a separate and distinct registration process for service providers which should not be confused with the registration process for material suppliers and manufacturers.

To be considered for contracting opportunities with Saudi Aramco, service providers must register with us in our Electronic Contracting Network (ECN).

The ECN is a Web-based system that standardizes and automates many contract procurement business functions and allows Saudi Aramco to quickly and easily interact with contractors.

Registration in the ECN does not guarantee any business with Saudi Aramco.

ECN profile development

When you register your company in the ECN, you will have your own secure contractor profile that stores your qualifications, contact details and other information. You can update your profile online anytime and anywhere.

Once you have registered with Saudi Aramco, you will receive a username and password for the ECN. The next step is to fully develop your company’s profile and register a primary contact that will be responsible for maintaining the profile.

Once your company’s profile is established in the ECN then your company will have visibility to the Contracting.

Contractor prequalification

Once registered as a contractor with Saudi Aramco, your company can be technically and commercially pre-qualified for specific scopes of work. Upon successful prequalification, your company will be added to the General Bid Slate for that specific scope of work and can be considered in future contracting opportunities.

You can learn more out the types of services Saudi Aramco requires in the Contracting Opportunities area of this site, and request that your company be considered for prequalification for those services your company has experience in providing.

The Contracting Department Sourcing Group leads the contractor prequalification process in most cases. A service specific Prequalification Questionnaire will be provided and must be completed and returned in a timely manner together with any additional requested documentation.

Prequalification does not guarantee any business with Saudi Aramco.
