Strategic Master Plan

The Strategic Master Plan is the high level driver for the company’s progress toward the Saudization of its contractors’ workforce.

The Strategic Master Plan was first presented to the Saudi Aramco Management Committee in 2005 and received full support. Corporate Contractors Saudization is coordinating the implementation of the master plan and will update the plan as the need arises.

The contents of the plan include:

• Corporate data
• Projected performance and targets
• Review of progress
• Forces supporting or impeding progress
• Special interest items, reports, studies, or surveys
• Objectives, strategies and activities for the future
