Human Resources Development Fund (HRD Fund)
The Human Resources Development Fund provides financial support for organizations to help them hire and train new Saudi recruits. The support covers:

• Partial training fees with a ceiling
• Partial salary with a ceiling

The fund is also implementing new financial support products that are being introduced regularly.

National System for Joint Training (NSJT)
NSJT was established to provide training coordination services through the following facilities:
Technical & Vocational Training Corporation facilities

• In-house training provided by participating companies
• Private sector training

NSJT also provides technical and financial support to the training process including on-the-job training, tracking, employee counseling and financial refunds to participating companies through HRDF.

Mihnah
The Mihnah Web site was established by the Technical and Vocational Training Corp. (TVTC) to be an employment database presenting their graduates to the private sector. Excellent search capabilities are available once a company registers with the Web site.

Saudi Aramco Contractor Training
The Contractor Training Center partners with company business lines and their contractor companies to provide contractor training in the fields that are required by Saudi Aramco. In addition to training services, Saudi Aramco Contractor Training Center offers other human resources (HR) services to help enhance the Saudization process, including facilitating the process of the compensation paid by the HRD Fund and providing recruitment assistance.
