Strategic Training Function
The main objective of the strategic training function is to assist Saudi Aramco’s contractor companies to find Saudis individuals with the skills and qualifications that will enable them to perform their duties according to Saudi Aramco standards.
To achieve such an objective, the strategic training function carries out the following tasks:
Saudi Aramco Contractor Training
Established in 2002, Saudi Aramco Contractor Training Division partners with company business lines and their contractor companies to increase Saudization of the contractor workforce through training. It also partners with other external stakeholders such as the Chamber of Commerce and the Saudi Government Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) to facilitate the Saudization of the contractor workforce. In addition to training services, Saudi Aramco Contractor Training offers other human resources (HR) services to help enhance the Saudization process.
