Vision:
To be the recognized leader in promoting contractors’ Saudization in Saudi Aramco.

Mission:
To partner with all Saudi Aramco business lines, the business community, and other key stakeholders to develop and implement practical strategies and methods to increase the number of qualified Saudis employed by Saudi Aramco’s contractors, vendors and suppliers.

Corporate Contractor Saudization Charter:
The charter of Corporate Contractors Saudization is to champion and coordinate all activities pertaining to Saudi Aramco’s efforts to increase the number of Saudis in its contractors’ workforce.

Functions:
Corporate Contractors Saudization’s role and functions are directly aligned with the corporate strategic direction and the company’s strategic imperatives to optimize its services portfolio and to prepare the workforce for the future. Regulation

Review, develop and maintain internal policies and procedures

Identify corporate contractors’ training requirements
Research internal and external training programs
Develop plans to fill the gap between requirements and provisions

Tracking and Compliance

Monitor inclusion of Saudization provisions
Monitor compliance with Saudization provisions
Monitor contractors’ performance
Develop planning and accountability reports

Contractors Saudization Steering Committee

Provide practical support and backup to facilitate the achievement of the objectives of the Contractors Saudization Steering Committee (CSSC).
