All companies supplying goods and services for Saudi Aramco are required to be registered.

There are different registration and qualification processes depending upon your company’s location and the type of supply (material vendor, manufacturer or service provider). Saudi Aramco is looking for highly performed and qualified suppliers to provide best-in-class materials and services.

Please note that application for, or acceptance of supplier registration does not guarantee any business with Saudi Aramco.


In Kingdom Suppliers

Saudi Aramco Dhahran Office is responsible for the registration of the in kingdom suppliers in addition to the below listed countries’ suppliers. The registration should be submitted for any new suppliers interested to do business with Saudi Aramco through SAP Ariba system.

Note: Saudi Aramco Dhahran Office is responsible for suppliers’ located Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Sudan, Somalia, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, and Kenya.

Out of Kingdom Suppliers

International suppliers that operate outside the Kingdom seeking to do business with Saudi Aramco need to communicate to the appropriate affiliated company — ASC, AOC, or AAC — located in their geographical area. ASC, AOC, or AAC will evaluate the information provided and determine whether there is a business need for additional products/suppliers.

Any further evaluation will depend on whether the supplier is deemed financially and technically acceptable. International suppliers who demonstrate their products offer significant technical or commercial benefit to the company will be closely considered.


Registration Requirements

Below are the Registration Requirements that need to be completed by any supplier Materials or Services interested to register with Saudi Aramco: 
(The below requirements do not include Out of Kingdom Suppliers)

  • Original Acknowledgement form of Saudi Aramco's Suppliers Code of Conduct. This form must be signed by an authorized company representative, certified with COMPANY business stamp, and authenticated by the appropriate Saudi Arabian regional Chamber of Commerce.
  • A valid copy of the Commercial Registration (CR) Certificate.
  • A valid copy of the Industrial License Certification (Manufacturers Only).
  • A valid copy of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA) Certification for entities owned full or partially by a foreign investor(s) or a foreign organization(s).*
  • A valid copy of the Zakat Certification issued by the General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT).*
  • A valid copy of the Value Added Tax (VAT) Certification showing VAT ID issued by the General Authority of Zakat & Tax (GAZT).**
  • A valid copy of the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) Certification referencing the CR number under registration and Saudization Letter from Labor Office.*
  • A valid copy of the Civil Defense License or an equivalent government License.*
  • A valid copy of the Chamber of Commerce & Industry Membership Certification.*
  • Contractor Government Classification, if Applicable (Service Providers only).
  • A letter from the bank with which the company is dealing, stating the type of service that the bank normally provides to your company and relationship status.
  • A valid copy of the Owner Government ID for an individual owner (Establishment) or the up-to-date Company’s Article of Association (Organization). For Saudi Organizations that are owned by at least one or more organization, please provide each organization’s up-to-date Company’s Article of Association and Commercial Registration (CR) Certification. Repeat process until all indirect individual owners have been identified supported by a valid copy of each Owner Government ID (National ID or Iqama ID).
  • Authorized Signatory Letter identifying Authorized Company Employees dealing with SA.
    * Note-1: The document is applicable and required on Saudi Arabian Suppliers. 
    ** Note-2: The document is applicable and required on Saudi Arabian Suppliers and Suppliers located in countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
